List of 3 items.

  • Band

Historically, Massanutten always had one of most accomplished band programs in the region. Both locally and abroad, they’ve performed at parades, memorial events, civic ceremonies, and fund raisers.
  • Drama

Drama provides an experiential opportunity for cadets to gain self-confidence through a mix of activities within a theatrical framework. Cadets will learn improvisational exercises and techniques to foster creativity and promote teamwork in a safe and fun environment. Cadets will have the opportunity to explore the various elements of theater, including technical and acting roles and will show-case what they have learned. Past performances include:
    • Murder-mystery dinner "Crab Cakes and Murder"
    • Musical "The Lion King Jr."
    • Murder-mystery dinner "Cafe Murder"
  • Art

Watercolor, sketching, and painting are a few of the visual art classes offered at the Watkins Fine Arts Center.

Each year several of our students choose to enter their work into assorted competitions in the area. Cadet artists display their work throughout the campus during the year.

Many of the art students volunteer as set designers for our formal dances, drama productions, and other campus activities.
You know your child can do more but is not getting the attention needed in their current environment to reach their full potential. We know that choosing the right school for your child can be difficult because each child is so unique. We believe students should experience school as it should be, a place where children are educated in an environment that leads them to thrive and encourages their maximum potential.
