Dear Parents, Cadets, and Alumni,
Massanutten is currently celebrating 125 years of excellence! I am so proud of where we are today and the positive path we are on for the future. The Academy is steeped in rich history and traditions. As we continue to honor our past and look to the future, we honor those who have made Massanutten Military Academy what it is today.
Massanutten Military Academy celebrates our diverse student body from 10 different countries and 19 different states. Our differences make us special; our shared experiences make us a family. Those who walk through the halls are always reminded there is a place for them at MMA, and they will never be forgotten.
Our faculty and staff are exceptional and committed to making the cadet experience the best that it can be. Their care and devotion provide a nurturing environment with adherence to a structure that leads to success.
MMA academics has continued to expand to offer courses needed for life after MMA and a focus on cadet interests. This year alone we added 10 courses to challenge and inspire cadets in areas not often seen in other schools such as life skills, cooking, and drone certification. There is something for everyone!
We also continue to grow our STEM program to meet future needs. This year we have Biomedical, Coding, Cyber Security, Drones, Engineering, Robotics, Sustainable Energy, and Virtual Reality. All cadets choose a STEM track that interests them and helps prepare them for the future.
All cadets participate in athletics. Each season we offer at least three competitive sports and an intramural. Our goal is to keep cadets active and to instill confidence. Cadets learn the value of working as a team and good sportsmanship through team victories and tough losses.

Massanutten Military Academy is a co-educational, non-profit military boarding and day school in Virginia for students in 8th-12th grades with postgraduate studies. We welcome all faiths and live by our motto: Non Nobis Solum (Not For Ourselves Alone).
