How JROTC Fits into the Massanutten Curriculum
Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) is a key educational opportunity at Massanutten Military Academy. Through this program, cadets hone their leadership capabilities, physical health, and life skills in ways that benefit them in the classroom, on the field, and beyond. Core JROTC values of discipline, citizenship, teamwork, and service fit naturally into our military school's curriculum.
At Massanutten, all cadets are enrolled in this enriching program. Our Corps of Cadets is led by the Senior Army Instructor, LTC (RET) Lester Layman.
