Scholarships for 2025-26 School Year
 
*Scholarship awards will not exceed $8,500
**You can not receive more than one of the Board of Trustees, Commandant, Head of School, William I. Magruder, or Pete Wenk Scholarships.
 
Scholarships Available for New Cadets
Applications Open February 1, 2025 - July 1, 2025
 
Academic Scholarships
For students on the All A Honor Roll for the last full semester of the 2024-25 school year, a $1500 scholarship will be awarded.
For students on the A/B Honor Roll for the last full semester of the 2024-25 school year, a $750 scholarship will be awarded.
 
William I. Magruder Scholarship
Two $5000 scholarships available for two students that sincerely desire to attend MMA but are financially unable to attend.
Student must submit application and paragraph of 250 words about why the cadet wants to attend MMA and have applied for Financial Aid. Application and paragraph must be submitted by July 1, 2025
 
Pete Wenk Scholarship
Two $5000 scholarships available for two students who are interested in the Arts or STEM, and have at least a 2.8 GPA.
A paragraph of 250 words or less explaining how the scholarship would be of benefit and have applied for Financial Aid. Application and paragraph must be submitted by July 1, 2025.
 
 
Scholarships Available for Returning Cadets
Applications Open February 1, 2025 – April 30, 2025
 
Academic Scholarships
For cadets on the All A Honor Roll for the first semester of the 2024-25 school year, a $1500 scholarship will be awarded.
For cadets on the A/B Honor Roll for the first semester of the 2024-25 school year, a $750 scholarship will be awarded.
 
Admissions Ambassador Scholarships
Given to cadets who served as admissions ambassadors for the previous year.
$750 given for one semester and $1500 for the entire school year.
 
Board of Trustees Scholarship
$5000 award for one returning cadet with at least a 3.5 GPA and a desire to be a leader. Cadet will have been in good standing for the entire previous year and led by example as a role model for other cadets. 
To apply for this scholarship, please fill out the application and provide a copy or your GPA and discipline record. Application must be submitted by April 30, 2025.
 
Commandant Scholarship
$2500 award for one male and one female cadet with a propensity for leadership. The cadet must be at least recognized, a CPL or above, and in good standing for the 2nd semester of the current school year.
To apply for this scholarship, please fill out the application and provide a copy of discipline record and a paragraph of 150 words of less defining the attributes of a leader. Application must be submitted by April 30, 2025.
 
Head of School Scholarship
$2500 award for one male and one female cadet with at least a 3.0 GPA. The cadet must be dedicated to service to the Corps of Cadets, MMA, and the local community. Cadet must have at least 20 hours of community service to apply.
Documentation of service, GPA, and a paragraph 150 words or less of what it means to serve others must be provided with the application. Application must and paragraph must be submitted by April 30,2025.
